Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

Replace this with your own terms before launch.

This page is a starting template for whoever operates this Amaposta installation. It isn't legal advice. Fill in the bracketed details, have it reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction and remove this notice.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name], [legal form], registered at [address] ("we", "us"), the operator of Amaposta at [domain]. By creating an account or using the service, including through the API, you agree to them. If you use Amaposta for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to use Amaposta. Keep your password and API keys secret; you're responsible for what happens under your account and keys.

  • A workspace belongs to its owner. Owners and admins decide who is a member and what role they have.
  • You must give accurate information and be at least [16] years old.
  • Tell us at [security email] if you think your account or a key has been compromised.

3. Connected platforms

Amaposta publishes to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook on your instruction. When you connect an account, you authorize us to act on it within the permissions you grant.

  • Your use of each platform stays subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You're responsible for following them.
  • Platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time. We'll adapt where we can, but we can't guarantee that a platform will accept or keep a post.
  • You can disconnect an account at any time in Amaposta, and revoke access from the platform's own settings.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the text, images, videos and other material you put into Amaposta. You give us a limited license to store, process, adapt (for example, resizing or splitting hashtags for a platform) and transmit that content only to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the rights needed to publish your content, including content generated by automated or AI systems you connect.

5. API keys and automation

The REST API, webhooks and Custom API channels are part of the service. Requests made with your keys count as your actions. Respect the documented rate limits, and don't use the API to get around plan limits or the approval settings of a project.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Amaposta to publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is spam; to impersonate others; to interfere with the service or other customers; or to probe, scan or test its security without our written permission. [Add or link to your acceptable use policy.]

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Prices are shown on the pricing page [and exclude taxes].
  • You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to the free plan.
  • [Describe your refund policy.]
  • If a payment fails, we may limit the workspace to the free plan until it's resolved.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Amaposta available and to publish posts on time, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.

9. Suspension and termination

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. [Explain how customers can export their data and how long it's kept after closure.]

10. Disclaimers and liability

[Insert the warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability that apply in your jurisdiction. Consider liability caps, exclusions for indirect damages, and the statutory rights you can't exclude.]

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify workspace owners by email at least [30] days before they take effect.

12. Contact

[Company name], [address]. Email: [contact email]. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [venue].
