Questions
- What counts as a channel?
- One connected account: a YouTube channel, an Instagram professional account, a TikTok or X account, a Facebook Page, or a Custom API endpoint. Sandbox channels are free on every plan and never count toward the limit, so you can rehearse the whole flow first.
- What happens when I reach the post limit?
- The limit counts posts scheduled or published in a calendar month (UTC). Drafts don't count. Once you reach it, new posts wait as drafts until the 1st of next month or until you upgrade; posts you've already scheduled aren't affected.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Settings, Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to Starter. Your posts, media and channels stay where they are.
- Do I need my own platform developer apps?
- No. You connect accounts through each platform's own sign-in and Amaposta takes care of the rest. If you'd rather use your own developer app or tokens, paste them when you connect a channel.
- Is the API included on the free plan?
- Yes. Every plan includes the REST API and media uploads. Outbound webhooks and the approval workflow start on Pro.
- Can clients reconnect their own accounts?
- On Pro and Agency you can send a client a reconnect link. They sign in with the platform and the channel is back, without needing an Amaposta account.
